Live Group Fitness Classes - via Zoom
Live Group Fitness Class is the fast, efficient, convenient and amazing way to exercise. It is a private small group, it is in real time with our trainer and the workouts are designed to be different for you each session. Our trainer is able to see you, talk to you, demonstrate and guide you through your workout safely and successfully. If your not comfortable then you have the option to turn your zoom camera off. (this function just prevents our trainer adjusting your form).
Live Group Fitness Class is perfect for ladies starting out, returning to exercise or just needing accountability to train in a convenient way.
You can now do your workout in your front or back yard or lounge, sweat and smell as much as you like and not have to worry about additional travel time to your exercise location.
Knight and Kay specialise in gaining strength and fitness for beginners and intermediate (not an easy workout) with a whole body 30 minute workout.
You just click in to one of our group fitness session times that suit you, no make up, deodorant, equipment or fancy gym clothes required.
10.30am - 11.00am, Monday and Wednesday - designed for the work from home or the at home mum to get their workout done with out travel time or needing a babysitter.
6.15pm - 6.45pm, Monday and Wednesday - designed for the full time worker to get home, relax, eat and fit in some me time without additional travel time or peak hour gym madness.
