Appointment Times:
At Knight and Kay, we provide a unique array of specialised services that can often result in appointment time changes. We work Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 3pm and some Saturdays. Any other times and days are subject to availability and request.

Hot Stone therapy is used for a deeper massage. It will increase blood flow, relax the muscles and mood using heat.
